Well, hell...

This is the first thing I've submitted here since well over a year ago.

Not a straight manip, exactly... but...

It does get the extra points for putting former silent screen & Casablanca bad guy Conrad Veidt into the Batman serials, though.

The legend goes that Bob Kane saw a picture of Veidt as "The Man Who Laughs" and that gave him the idea for the joker...
