Since this is a fan fiction section I would have to say that if the powers of the character are spoken as part of the story that would be in with keeping with the intent. but if you wanted just to post a list of powers like.

1 flight
2 Microscopic Vision
3 Super Sexiness

I would do that elsewhere.
