Period Piece

You know,after looking at Hawk's Birthday present, I came up with an idea for this month's challenge.

I want to see a Period Piece of work using Super Heroes. What do I mean? For example Recreate Whistler's Mother using Black Canary, or Little Boy Blue using Night Crawler. Heck even Sceam using Vertigo. You get the idea.

You have until the End of the day of September 5th. Entries will be posted and voting will start the day after Labor day, as I will be out of town.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU RECREATE IT IN THE SAME STYLE AS THE ORIGINAL PAINTING!
