I've tried with the "oil paint" filter, several others, too.
Smudge brushes, layer styles and all...But getting the style down right is tough.
Still workin' on it though...so I'll have something by the end of the month!
Hopefully we'll see several...this is yet another really cool idea from the boss lady!
