'Unusual States'

They are and they aren't.
Since the unuasal states is just alternates on existing characters they are automatically included in the other categories. A female Blue Beetle would fall into the best DC category and a female Cyclops would fall into the Best Marvel Category, and so on. When making up the categories, Me and the other Judge did not feel the need to give Unusual States a category of its own.
