No animation, no cutting it up into pieces to form some new image. All elements should remain where they were in the original image only transformed into a cartoon appearance. The only additions are on the main character in the image as she will need to be the costume of an established comic book character from Marvel or DC comics. You may also include power effects appropriate for that character.
