Also anybody knows that such an accusation leveled against Winterhawk has no merit whatsoever...

If your basing the accusation off the quote you posted, it could just as well mean "an independent panel of _judges_ as opposed to votes"...

If it was truly an insinuation that your cooking the results, well that????????s just juvenile.

And as a moderator who has not received _any_ votes, I certify everythings on the up and up.
