I can tell you now. even if you do find a modeler that can make this outfit, it will be rare to find one that will even work with the A3 model. Everyone here has pointed out to you on several occasions that there is no market for the Gen3 models since Gen4, Genesis and Genesis 2 models. I can also say that based on props I have, this costume can be recreated by separate parts, and pre texture work,but the problem you would be encountering would be that nothing would be compatible with what you are limited to working with.
