Well, sure... if you want to spend that money, go right ahead! 
There are a whole lot of free sets and textures floating around out there at places like most-digital-creations, renderosity and sharecg. I'd be willing to bet any amount that the combined total of V3, V4, A4, M3 and M4 freebies out there (all of which you'd be able to use with Genesis Aiko) is far greater than the number available for just Aiko 3 AND you'd still be able to use any Aiko 3 sets too, free or otherwise.
