I've missed a lot of your stuff in here as of late. It's all really cool. The poses on the Star Wars guy and the chick below the latest hair girl are good enough for me to file away to steal later

Your whole face issue thing can be easily solved by using guidelines to map out the positions of the features before you start drawing them in.
