getting the lights right.
I spend almost as much time on the lights in a render as I do posing and other things.
Having a good light set to start is extremly important.
Making sure that Ambient Occlusion is on with the lights and the material settings in poser, really really help bring a image to life and give it a little extra in the level of quality.
