In Xmen it is all about racism. The whole registration act is straight up racism against mutants. They either fear mutants or are jealous of them.
That's why I was all into the Xtinction Agenda story line from xmen. Cameron Hodge was a majorly insane ass and he deserved everything they did to him
And honestly, I think the mutants will prolly shack up at Asteriod M or even chill with the Inhumans before they bother to go to Canada. I mean yeah, chill on the moon with a hot chick who's got REALLY long hair. Or chill in Canada with a hockey player.
