Thor has been found unworthy of the Hammer.It is found on the moon by this mystery woman who takes on the Mantle of Thor. Even Thor is not sure who this is (From the most recent Previews that came out at the Beginning of this month)

As to why Falcon is the new Cap. I still have nothing on that yet.
