I was gonna say "Blues Clues" but I realized I've only seen a few minutes of a couple episodes and decided it's unwatchable. The worst that I actually suffered through has to be "Birds of Prey". Unwatchable but I watched anyway. I kept hoping they would get a writer who knew the characters but it never happened.
