As stated below, you can nominate by either sending Winterhawk a PM or sending "me" (The_Dodge_and_Burn_Awards) your nominations. (We have already received several...) you are allowed to nominate as many as you want, within reason.

Sorry, but we have to save some stuff for the Morphies, which will happen at the beginning of the New Year.

This came under much debate, and the decision was that as long as the artist is a member of the site, he may submit his work as a nomination.
