I knew a girl in real life that had some 3's
She had breast reduction surgery due to back problems, she dropped down to a 5 or 6, then a few years later had another breast reduction because the back problems were back she is now a 8 or so, She looks a lot hotter now then she did before, it might be because she is happier. and when they are 1,2,3,4 in size they are all saggy and droopy, not perky and fun..unless they are fake tit's then it is cool.
But seriously anything more then a handful and you are risking a sprained thumb.
