Your first problem is the image resolution you?re working on. It?s very small. But that?s another story?
It?s too dark, sir! God knows I tried! Since the hair at our right lost any detail therefore the light can?t reach it, it?s useless, in my opinion, fight with it.
So, the only hope remains in a radical hair implant. I took two different blond models, copied their hair, used Liquify (an Adobe Photoshop tool) to distort their shapes (they still need corrections) and fixed some lightning problems.
In any case, you?ll have to struggle, sir. I?m really sorry. There is no easy way here.
