I still think the main issue here is that we simply (well, "simply") need to attract more people to the site, not that I have any idea how that should be done.

I do kinda miss girl of the week. Even if I never contributed much to it due to the excessive slowness of my work , I think it was a good impetus for folks to regularly produce art.

Re: Artist spotlights, iirc Billy was in charge of them? So I guess they stopped when he disappeared late last year (I think due to a death in the family?). I guess someone else could take over, if someone's willing and the mods think it'd be appropriate.
