Stolen Iron Man Suit

Why is the Iron Man suit posted in the freebie section without the permission of it's creators? It's lovely that the guy who's reposting the suit all over the web is giving the original creators credit for the effort, but I don't see where that clears him to redistribute the suit.

when the suit was submitted here, the submitter advised us that he was given permission to redistribute the item.

We will look into this matter.

We have taken the Mark 2 suit out of the free items until we hear from the original creators.
Since the person advised us that they had permission to redistribute we took them at their word.

Well looks like the Armour Z Mark 2 has been permanently removed from Heromorph as Atrion did not have permission from the original creators to modify and redistribute the file as he had originally claimed.
That's really too bad

Is the suit available to download anywhere?
I want to have Iron man, all jets ablaze fight and smite with repulsor rays.
