Am I the only one who seems to be losing his/her past comments on images? I've noticed several images that I can openly swear to commenting on before. Yet when I see them in the random images and click on them again..I can see that my prior comment[s] are gone. Normally I would associate this with the site relocation..but this was something I noticed before that. I know it may not be an issue to the artist whose image lost my comment... when one of my favorite images pops up in the random..i like to open it just to review what I said about it. Maybe I'm nitpicking a bit but if i'm losing comments does that mean my post count is going down as well?

The Post count will fluctuate with every spring cleaning and thread cleaning. as for missing on existing images, we will look into that.

Are you sure you aren't getting the "Taking you back....." message? If you get this after hitting "submit" your comment will not be taken. I haven't seen this 'error' in a while, but if you aren't paying attention, and don't notice it after hitting 'submit' your comment goes the way of the Dodo.

naw. not the case JR. i am definately losing comments. infact i'm not sure if this is related or not..but f you've noticed there are some instances on images where the number of comments listed don't match the number of comments actually visible. although that may have more to do with former members who have had their accounts deleted.

I had this problem not t long ago... I even verified the image and yes the comment was there next time I saw it was gone...

Comments from ex-members whose accounts have been deleted show up as "Guest". I've seen a handful of those on my older pics.

I haven't noticed any of my own comments disappearing (excluding the "taking you back" thing, which seems to have been cured by the server move), so I don't really know what could be going on. Some kind of server weirdness, I guess? Anyone wanna flag down Hawk or Brick?
