Just as the subject line states, I often have random thoughts at random moments that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the situation. For instance, today I had a thought about the Silver Surfer.

Now here is a being whose skin is comprised of a silvery metal-like substance AND it's awfully shiny... so my thought was, with his skin being as shiny as it is, wouldn't it in fact act as a mirror? That would mean ANY amount of light would reflect off him and under certain lighting conditions, render him "invisible", i.e. near a bright star, sun, or really bright man-made light. He would in turn, be "invisible" in space due to the vastness of space and the stars reflecting off his skin. Odd thought that gets you thinking yes?


So.. what are some your random thoughts concerning superheroee/villans or not concerning them at all?

Interesting. But, he has mass, so standing in front of a man made light, for instance, he would cast a shadow... and he would be a very bright spot in front of said mirror. So, no, I do not think he would be invisible.

But, does the Silver Surfer get boogers? He has a nose, he breathes so would he? Hmmmmm
