Marvel is ending the universe

I just heard an announcement that marvel is ending the marvel universe this year. They are going to basically do a reboot. They are having the normal marvel universe and the ultimate marvel universe crashing into each other creating a "new" universe.

That means we gonna have two spideys now? and the all spidey-verse into one universe?

Frankly I got no problem with it..and it's not just because I don't buy comics anymore...I still read from time to time but I'm so confused at this point whenever I read a marvel mag that i have to find a regular reader to ascertain exactly which universe I'm reading from. This is just a Marvel version of Crisis on Infinate Earths.
