the short answer is no.

the long answer is sort of.

What you can do is take a 3d model and the skin you want and pose them in the same position as the model in the photo you want to use. then use photoshop to merge and blend the photo elements and the 3d elements of the image together into one picture.
I have done this a number of times in various images I have done in the past.
I haven't done it in a couple of years. but here are a couple of examples of mixed media images.
