Comics, especially super-hero comics, are not real. They are a fantasy. You need to suspend your everyday normal beliefs in order to enjoy them, and this includes the size of the breasts of the female super-heroes and the bodies of the male super-heroes.
If you start pointing out all of the flaws, how not normal they are, you will not be able to enjoy the comic. Yes the breasts of most woman super-heroes are larger than the breast of the average real woman, but do change with different artist.
Final point, I am a breast man and I don't mind the way they are drawn.
