Celtx
It's a free script writing program with several different script formats, including comic book. It's has some quirks I don't like, but it does help streamline the script writing process. And it's free.
The comic format they use in Celtx isn't one I've seen used too frequently, though it's apparently very close to what Bendis uses.
There are other features to Celtx, like project management and all that, but I can't speak to those as I've never used them.
