Yeah, this guy is a real master at the technique! I'm blown away! I don't think either he or the author of the article try to claim he invented it.
I was a little peeved at a few idiots in the comments section saying dumb crap like "well, no big deal, it's just photoshop" and "this is an insult to artists who work with pen and brush" but me, I'll definitely be watching for Jeff Chapman more closely in the future.
