I hear ya, but that heavy of an accent is not something a voice coach can cure overnight. It takes years, if ever.

Look at Arnold. His accent was so heavy in his first film they actually overdubbed his voice completely, and ever in his more recent outings or in public speeches he still has somewhat of an accent decades later. And he's had plenty of voice coaching.

As for overdubbing, it can range from the totally ludicrous like Hercules in New York (Arnold doesn't even list this on his resume hehehe) to the occasionally excellent as in Greystoke The Legend of Tarzan (Glenn Close overdubbed all of Andie MacDowell's lines since Andie's own accent was too American. A little known fact)

Let's face it, for the overwhelming part ya gotta find an actress who looks the part, can act, and can SOUND the part too.
