Cloak and Dagger? Really? That will fail because other than the comic book people (Us) no one has ever heard of them. But I would like to see it.
The clothes aren't an issue. Didn't you see Catwoman, or X-Men, or bla...bla...bla. Spiderman is the only suit that was correct for the comic book. They will end up putting her in a white jumpsuit and she will have a dagger on her chest pocket, or a tattoo.
I can do without another hulk. Pick someone else.
