It happens all the time, hot brunette girl dyes her hair to be another hot blonde. anyway. Hair doesn't change color mid stream, if the roots are dark and the hair is blonde, it means it is dyed.
-And did YOU notice that she has brown hair...not coal black hair like WW? I say she still needs to dye it. Ha!
