Last year we had a few flakes that did not produce their presents. Myself and a few others made some mad dashes to make images for some of the people without. I think in the end it worked out that everyone got something because of the last ditch efforts by myself and other alternates, but It sure is bad form to sign-up for something like this and then jam out with no explanation or warning. Leaving someone who worked hard to produce an image for someone else with nothing but a kick in the pants. It is not fair and it is not right.
