Subject: CHALLENGE: Block Buster Reboot

It is summer and that means one thing! Block Buster Movies. We have done it before and we are doing it again. This time we are not limiting it to just pencil work. All Mediums are fair game! Give us your best rendition of any Super Hero as if it were YOU that designed them. What would they look like? Would their powers be any different, what about their back story?
Entries are due on the 15th of July!
Here is an example by our own Dark Wanderer:
Back Story: Raised on Parker Ranch in Oak-ridge TN, Close to the Nuclear power plant, Peter's life was about to change. During a massive storm, the water used to cool the rods at the plant escaped and seeped into the basement of the nearby farm. A brown recluse drank from this radio active pool of water that remained on the floor, after which, it returned to it's safe haven under a box. Parker was sent down to the basement to gather Holiday decorations. Upon grabbing an old box, he felt a sharp pain on his hand. He had found the spider and recognized it as the Brown Recluse. Over the next few days he became violently ill with fevers chills and hallucinations. Shortly after his recovery he noticed changes to his body and what he was able to do.
He found he could stick to walls, increased strength and agility, along with a sixth sense to avoid danger. While working in the barn he discovered an ability to create webbing, by accident he was spotted by his uncle Ben. An argument ensued based on his uncle calling him a devil spawn. During this fight, Peter found a terrifying side effect to his powers, a new one as a direct result of the type of Spider that bit him. He spewed forth a form of acidic spray into his uncle's face, causing it to melt and decay in a very rapid manor. Later referred to as an Accelerated Necrosis.
His Uncle dead , and wanted by the Law, Parker fled to New York City dawning a costume to hide his identity to take down crime any way possible. *
* His uncle died before giving the immortalized "With great power comes great responsibility" Speech.
