Brick and I came up with this Idea a Long, Long time ago in the shout box.

Here is the basic Idea: After you sign up, another member of this group having seen your entire body of work, suggests a manip or part of the manip that would challenge an area they might need to work on.

For example: Some one might challenge me to work on a metallic character, Since my metal skills are a little weak.
