K.. I'll be brief.
I really liked the layout and flow of Vega's entry and its the reason I asked the artists to elaborate on their work.. I have a good idea of the kind of work that goes into Jr's manips, but without an idea of how much of Vega's layout is elbow grease vs. 'found it that way'... It could have tilted the scale quite a bit for me personally.
That being said... It looks better thumb nailed. Had the actual picture been cleaner the layout could have swayed me.
The whole tree thing was just to throw you off my subtle yet clever interrogation technique! Bwaaahahhhaha!
My vote has to go with Jr.
