I was rather thinking that in such cases, the more experienced artist would be able to offer suggestions for improvement... to say something like "this, this and this don't look right; try these techniques to fix that; maybe look at this tutorial/pic/whatever for some additional ideas." I think that would be nice anyway...
I suppose Max and I might be able to... adjust... the pairings as necessary to prevent any *really* lopsided team-ups. I think we'll work that out between ourselves if necessary.
