One possible suggestion to help with this:

If people are working on a piece and want comments/suggestions, it might be nice to have a section specifically for them to upload. They could be commented on, and then deleted once they are a week old (or whatever).

There are time it would be good to be able to get some input on works in progress and specific tips/techniques from others who have more experience.

Just a thought...
