Howdy Superfan,
I am going to assume you are using either Poser or D|S for your superhero needs. I am also going to assume you know about our store/download area. It has a large number of free downloads.
another website called Animotions.com also has a bunch of good superhero free items.
renderosity the daz3d freepository and shareCG have a bunch of good free items as well but you will need to sift thru a bunch of other stuff as well a lot of it quite good.
