Back to the first sketch, her spine seems to be bent uncomfortably. It looks like the kind of exaggerated humping only a contortionist can do. Other than that, I'd say you captured the non anorexic woman pretty well w/o going too overboard. oh yeah, I disagree with thane on the angles of the console and gatling gun, I think the match up pretty well with everything.
