JMonteiro is one of the best 2D artist I know.
Although with a heavy influence from manga in his early work (the ones I saw, dunno if he has any others), he has evolve into a more mature and experienced artist and writer.
I hope that one day he presents us with a translated version of his Sci-Fi masterpiece: Star Legacy. 
But meanwhile, I translated his short story (A promess I made him when he first published here his Digital Interface), so without further ado... I give you JMonteiro's short story The Case of the Big Bad Wolf:
