I am looking to get a matching Batgirl cowl added to this pic, along with a utility belt if possible, just wanting to make her look like Batgirl, the suits latex is fine. But I am wanting her to have a cowl and have never found her masked yet so I decided to come here for help. Willing to pay if it is a decent amount too. The way I see the hair being a problem so it'll likely need to be done away with, I have no clue how any of this is done, and is it possible to add another models real red hair to make it look like the Babs Gordon Batgirl??

So are you asking how to do this yourself? Asking someone to do the work for you, or offering to pay someone to do it?

Painting in a cowl, belt, cape, hair etc is easy and there are different ways to do it.
I could do it as a commission, but I don't like taking jobs where someone is specific about what they want, so I would charge more.
