Sorry about being late. I didn't catch the new due date and although you'd think with all the extra time I would have been finished and ready to post immediately I figured that the tournament was dead, so I put off working feverishly on the picture. If it is a problem I have no problem with one of the others taking my place. Good luck to those left in the competition.

I hope not...I'm assuming that, since his pic got hidden in the comic art gallery, Force didn't see it posted and figured it hadn't been accepted. After that incredible Magneto/Dr. Polaris pic, there is no need for this talk of dropping out. Force has earned a spot in the final round, IMHO.

I already put up that force was in the next round, unless he is dropping out I expect to see a new image from him on the due date of this round.

Force vs. DarkWanderer
And Daruma VS. DreamSlayer
The theme for this round is Frankenstiening both background and model. You must combine at least 2 different base images for the model and at least 2 base images for the background. Post your bases in the jar once you have completed your image. Other then that the sky is the limit.
The due date for this round will be April 12th
So that is 2 differnet images could they be the same model different poses or 2 different models all together?

That is what I am going by :) and just to keep people guessing as to what I will be doing I will make a colage ( or how ever the hell you spell it) of the images I will be using, not so much the final product :)

Sorry for the anticlimactic ending, but I've got nothing for this round. In fact, I haven't really had any good picture ideas since the last round. I guess we all go through dry spells, it's a shame that mine had to come now. It's been a real pleasure taking part in this tournament, and I wish everyone lots of luck in the finals. Me, maybe I'll take some time off, read some tutorials, and wait for some more ideas to come. But DreamSlayer, eventually you and I will have to duel. If I was on my game, I still think I could've taken you  .

Hmmm, yeah. This sucks big time...but, I'm out. I've debated this for months actually, but hating to quit I stuck it out. Since this round was franking, and seeing how I was coming up dry with ideas and such, it was stressing me out. I had fun with this tournament though and I think one of my best manips came out of this, and one of my best drawings and color too. So for that, it was a good contest. I also think that Dark Wanderer has shown that he has come with his game face for each round. I therefore relenquish this round to you bud, good luck in the finals.

WOW, bunch of scaredy cats Well that kind of puts a monkey wrench into things. DW, Dream Slayer I will let you guys decide on the details of the final round. you both must agree and the final rules must be posted here in one week. The due date for the final round is May 13th/2006. I think you guys scared off the competition. Bunch o' lazy bums actually prizes for the winner of this round.
