She's not necessarily as stacked as one might wish for Diana, but Diana's bust size has fluctuated a bit over the years, and if they can pad Helen Slater and Angelina Jolie (for Supergirl and Tomb Raider respectively), then a little padding in the armor would certainly be easy.

And I'd rather see a good actress like her with a little padding than some stacked twit who can't act her way out of a paper bag.
