While it might make for a film that's just a funny as the comic, it would probably have to be rated "R" for all the mature themes in it. The immortal guy always trying to kill himself, Big Bertha having to suffer from bulemia just to revert back to normal, Flatman being gay. It would have to be watered down a lot to make it viable for the general public, and I'm not sure that anyone would want to see a GLA film rated PG-13 or R. Tough call.
