Given the lack of interest I suggest we sideline the 'Dodge and Burns' for a while - unless some more people want to give their opinions?* We would also need a moderator's commitment to help set up the polls for voting and we haven't heard from any of them.
Anyway we're all winners because we take part in something enjoyable that really gives back to the community**. As The Sphinx said: "We are number 1! All others are number 2, or lower."

I post on both sites, but I prefer my larger Heromorph versions. Bigger is better (like my girl keeps on telling me when she's pissed... she's pissed a lot... sigh...) Uhm... moving on.
Anyway, I'm lining up for Heromorph. If I make the team, that is. The competition on this site is though. That makes me wonder: Who's the Head coach of our team?

what i meant was an award for a manip (a good one) that required the least amount of work, for instance lets say someone had a base of a girl in a blue bikini and added a superman symbol.
hopefully anyone who wins would take it in good humor.
if it's still a dumb idea maybe we could have an award for "dumbest idea for an award"?

Well, unless you can nominate an artist who has posted one Manip and then had it removed, it's gonna be pretty hard to beat all the zer0's around here...
These new awards seems interesting, but I don't know... the pics that are going to be nominated in this new awards, can be nominated in the annual awards?, if that's so, don't you think that the people are going to be less interest in voting?
And I think most of the categories are going to be the same in both awards (the begginers award is great idea).
Bandwidth/downtime: We are consistantly exceeding our monthly bandwidth limit, causing the site to go down towards the end of the month. Steps are being taken to rectify this situation.
Posters: You cannot edit a picture once it has been uploaded. You can edit text, but trying to reload an image will cause it to disappear.
The "Who's Online" module is currently not working.
To clarify - I would like to see the regular and adult galleries treated equally as the pics are only placed in the adult gallery to keep sensitive eyes away.
I would like to see 2 or 3 'general' categories because most of the manips are female characters and many deserve to win.
Beginners should be those who have started using the software. E.g. Grimey and myself had both used art software before so we don't count.
And I think nominations for all categories can be made by anyone (including the artist themselves) and decided by vote, just like last time.
Kallisti is going to take 'Best Furious Max' <I>again?!</I> I'm gonna whack him in the knee with a baseball bat, then I can't lose...
