The new run of 3-3.4 inch figures that are coming out:DC Infinite Heroes, Marvel Universe Fury Files, X-men Origins Wolverine, etc.
I've always had a warm fuzzy place in my heart for this size of action figure because of my childhood days of playing with classic Star Wars toys and Mego Pocket Heroes, as well as the larger counterparts with actual clothing, the classic Mego superheroes, so I still collect them and stuff. Any of the rest of you do so?

Honestly, having seen the DC Infinite Heroes line up close, I find the quality is disturbingly poor, for the price. I considered grabbing the Wonder Girl/Bizarro/Supergirl set, but instantly decided not to when I couldn't find a single set that didn't have either a hideous Supergirl or a hideous Wonder Girl. For 15$, I'd rather buy the DC Classics line, which are highly articulated and pretty good quality for the buy. :)

I just buy the ones I like...even though back in the day about 18 or so years ago, I would have obsessed over getting each and every figure in the line, I don't worry about that any more. I just buy the ones that tickle me fancy persay...lol...

Yeah I saw these at Wal-Mart yesterday. Wondergirl looked horrendous with a terrible paint job and SG looked more like PG with boobs that were sculpted way too large for her figure. The Black Canary fig in the set with her and Green Arrow seemed to be somewhat the same. Not that I don't like super-heroines with big assets, but on these tiny figures they look out of place. As far as comparing the Marvel and DC ones, both have great sculpting apart from what I mentioned above about a few of the female figs, but the Marvel ones have better articulation from what I can see. They've done a great job capturing the detail and posability of the former larger figures in the smaller size. I think that they're cool, like super-hero versions of classic G.I. Joes. However, despite all that I won't be collecting them as it's just not in my budget.
