Ok so Tazman has set the new challenge which as stated above is a new conceptual design of Ultimate Captain Marvel.

Now folks, help me out please. I know everyone is busy with life and all that. But to make things easier for me and for the challenge to run smoothly please make the deadline for the due date and voting in a timely manner after that.

The deadline for this one is the 20th of December 2005.

I emailed Taz for that question, but I'm assuming since he put (DC) in his challenge that he wants the DC version.

Maybe Taz is keeping a low profile? Maybe he's worried that if he brags too much, people will take a closer look at his 'win' and find evidence of foul play? You know..bribing and such...like you did when you won the last challenge Marv. Because we all know... you can't beat the Monkey without cheating! I'm better than all of you, and you know it! Now that I'm getting some things finished and out of the way, I'm going for this one. Prepare to be amazed!

OK I do not know how to say this other then to just say this.

I have had two different people bring up to my attention that Proudwulfs picture was not drawn by him and is line for line exactly like a drawing that appears in the book.

From what I am told, the cape has been removed, and the logo on the chest is different as well as being flipped but everything else is exactly the same line for line. The image above is the best I saw online.

I am sorry to bring this up, and it saddens me to do so, But I would like to hear the rest of you all on this matter.

Well, I'm in shock. I really hated to doubt Wulf for his MJ pic and although I had my own doubts, I defended him and gave him the props. Now this? I mean, this smacks everyone who has some talent and are willing to take the time to draw it. I feel very, very saddened by this. I don't know what to say or what to feel, I feel betrayed. I need to hear from Ross why this is.

I was looking at what hawk was talking about so I got both images, changed hawks blue, and PW's red. all I did was scale it down to size of the referance image and mirrored it.......

I don't doubt that it is a fake. And I have to take Ross's pic out of the contest. It appears from all accounts that he didn't lay a pencil to this at all, all photoshopped. I'm sorry that this has happened. I think we all deserve an explanation from Proudwulf as to why he has done this.
