We recently Banned the member named Souperman for violation of the posting policy, an image was posted in the adult gallery that contain a photo of a child watching a sex act. I want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that posting photo-based images that contain pictures of children will not be tolerated at this site! period. I do not care if it is a non-adult related image. Any image that contains the photo of a child will not be tolerated at this site. And the poster will be banned with no chance of a case review. For 2d and 3d artists do not post any adult material that shows under-aged people in adult related images. If we have anything like this happen again I will remove all adult material from this site and the members gallery will be a thing of the past. If you are unsure if you should post a image because of the content as mentioned above, then do not. I hope I have made myself clear.

I am in agreeance as well. So folks stock up on the rosswell porn and all the other great art in the Members gallery before it is gone.

I concur, pictures of children in sexually suggestive or compromising situations belong nowhere, anywhere, period.
I respectfully ask for clarification and documentation concerning children in NON-sexually suggestive or compromising situations; such the "Power Pack" and the "X-Babies".
I ask this, not to be argumentative, but expose a potential loophole that may be best plugged with a final policy stating something like:
Due to possible exploitation by an undesireable sub-class of fungus; no artwork containing children, of any kind, under any circumstances, period.
Not only to cover Lady HMs butt, but to protect a place that means a lot to me.

It's possible this should be expanded to include the comic and 3D galleries as well, but otherwise it seems pretty straight forward - no photos of kids, period.
