Your girl with the S look awesome but, you're having a little trouble getting the facial dimensions right. The first, you probaly just scrunched it a bit too much for perspective. The second you gave almost no forehead to. I suggest taking a ruler to various body parts and figuring out some loose ratios(face mostly).
Also, if you need bigger paper, do what I do. Draw a margin on all sides to make that the new edge. Then, when you go beyond it, you still have paper there.
I do have to applaud you on the bodies. I suck at that part.

So it's been awhile since I last hit this thread up. And I've had several Not Good starts. But the ideas won't seem to leave me alone now that the Secret Santa gave me something of a jump start.

Hence, asking Hawk how to do cityscapes....

Was watching Pan's Labrynth awhile back. It wasn't successful in jumpstarting my drawing urge at the time. Neither was the random page of doodles.

Great Nightwing pic. Dynamic pose, I like it when there's assumed movement in some way. The mask is a little askew, I notice a lot of your drawings have Floating Eye Syndrome (I have it too, ). I am assuming that is because you just don't care enough to fix it because these sketches haven't made it to the final stages, am I right?
I must reiterate (because of the Nightwing sketch), I. Love. Your. Bodies! (wow, that coulda sounded soooo wrong!)
I can commiserate with you about the 'dry periods'. I too have been battling with them; my insperation seems to only last for a few pics, then it goes again and I'm left with nothing. All I've been able to do is just keep pressing on. It helps me to change media too. I draw w/ pencils, I color with markers, I am *learning* to paint and I write. Back when I only drew with pencils it took much longer to kick start my creativity again. I hope if that doesn't help, that the praise does. :)

Got goofin off because of something I did in Halo 3 that made me look freakin awesome. But still no jumpstart.

The only thing I see wrong with the top girl's face is the hidden eye seems set too far from the nose. You do wide set, huh?

Been so sick of seeing the Eryl Flynn faggitty hat on Green Arrow that I've decided I eventually wanna do him in the hood. The way I feel he should look. I just can't seem to get what's in my head to come out on the paper....... yet.

Alot of you have already seen this, but it's no longer in my gallery. And I figure there are some who haven't seen.

Anyways, either Tartanninja or Bluebeetle3 had done a 3d model of the Joker and I disagreed with it. So I was asked to show what I thought he was sposa look like. I think I nailed it.

The other reason I put this here is because Vagabond just did a cape study and it reminded me of the bats that I did.

Your whole face issue thing can be easily solved by using guidelines to map out the positions of the features before you start drawing them in.

That's how I did it. It's the only way I was able to keep body parts in proportion too. Oh, and I always draw eith a ruler now (I can't reproduce the same size to save my life!).
