That was an awesome cartoon when it was on TV. I wonder how well it stands the test of time.

Season 1 and 2 already been out in the UK for a while now, since last August I think.

The reason they were never released before was apparently because of music clearances I heard

I've got the first season when it was released on video cassette. That would be nice to have it in DVD!

Is anyone else waiting for them to release Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends on DVD?

Used to love this cartoon, back to back with Spider-Man actually made me get up early on Saturday mornings when I was in college.

I've been watching a lot of the re-runs on whatever obscure cable channel they've been running on, I think it's toon disney? The story-lines are still really great vintage x-men stuff, but the animation is downright terrible. If somehow you could take the writing from the old 90s show and combine it with the animation from the x-men evolution I think you'd really be onto something. It's just to bad that none of the new marvel cartoons seem that interested in taking their storylines from the classic comics.

Friggan sweet! I loved the 90's cartoon. I think it was my favorite one. I just can't seem to get into the other x-men toons. I would also like to see the 90's Spider-man on dvd also Spider-man and his amazing friends would be cool too.

I dunno. The new "Wolverine & the X-men" looks like it's going to revisit some of the classic stories, albeit with some adjustments (Emma Frost as the field telepath instead of Jean Grey, for example).
