Does anyone know where online one can buy a true high quality superhero costume along with a muscle suit, etc.? Thank you in advance.

I have no idea what constitutes 'true high quality', but the first place I would check is ebay.
The next thing I would recommend is visiting your local tailor.

A muscle suit? Easy, join gym. Lift weight, run, sweat, alter diet. Repeat for six months.
Your muscle suit will be delivered after that, no shipping charge.

There should really be an 'Ask Chilly' section of the site

nightthasher, I would recommend looking at cosplay sites, you might be able to find someone to make you a costume. Also, I've been told that making a muscle suit is pretty easy, you could probably google to find instructions.
