Still looking good. you will need to adjust Bumpmap or Displacement intensity. and remember that what ever you want raised would need to be white then grey then black for what you don't want raised. hope this helps.

Well, first I'm a maniper not a 3D guy but I have some work with mixin manip with 3D.

A friend made the body in 3D and I replace the head with a real one, What I did (besides painting the body) was to search for a face that I liked and that face needed to have almost the same perspective as the 3D face. In this case the rest was easy because the only skin that show was in the face, I think it would be a lot more difficult to match the real skin with the 3D skin or the other way around.

Don't give up! Its looking really good. I've had similar problems with Daz before too. I'll help if i can. Have you tried to reinstall it maybe do a restore. I'll start looking up possible causes. just don't give up.

okay. i've found out a lot of information about this one. its not new. as i see it i think you have to reinstall Daz. I saw one guy who had to reinstall his OS but i believe he was overdoing it. you want to try this update first:

also there is a chance that once fixed any scenes or models created or worked on while the error was occurring will no longer be accessible...which is a damn shame because i really liked your worked. I'm going to do a bit more digging cause i think i am close to finding out exactly what it is. I myself have had problems such as this when using certain downloaded content from other 3D creators (unintentional i'm sure) luckily in this case former Daz files will still be accessible once the 3rd party content is removed.

that's all for now. more news at 11. and thanks for not giving up.

Are you getting this error just starting Daz or when you try to render? are you running any other programs while running Daz? What OS do you have?

First when i add a clothes or skin sample the model boy part turn black when i try to render the daz crashes and gives me this message

okay. now reinstall Daz. go into the Daz folder and find the little exe program that sets the defaults and run it. start a new project. don't use any of the same items you used in the last bit of content. from what i understand this should produce new results. good luck.
